For over twenty-five years, it has been my honor and privilege to represent the families of those whose lives have been devastated by the irresponsible and unsafe operation of corporate fleets of tractor-trailers. As if that were not enough, these same families are then put through years of delays and litigation as the insurance companies, driven only by corporate greed, turn their lives into endless conflict and unnecessary stress and turmoil. I cannot take away the pain or the loss, and I cannot take every case, but if I accept your case I can promise that you will get the fight that your loved one would want you to have. I will not rest until all of the nonsense subsides and I have guided you into the next part of your life.  After that, I will always be that friend in the background happy just to see you rebuild your life.
